Vincenzo Stifani, born in 1990, grew up surrounded by the scents and colors of Salento. As a child, he developed a passion for cooking through the many meals his grandmother and mother prepared, filled with traditional and creative dishes. He began studying cooking on his own, practicing and discovering that it was what he truly loved.
He loves traveling to explore new flavors, experiment, surprise, and combine tastes, traditions, and ingredients from all over the world.
For Vincenzo, cooking is essential; every dish has a meaning and tells a story. He cooks out of love, not as a job, until his lifelong friend Antonio proposes the challenge of Lazzaro & Caterina, giving him the chance to share his culinary vision and the passion that only true dedication can inspire
